@Lukemodi also mmr should be your visible rank. elo skipping should be back as your mmr can be skipping elos still while your visible rank is stuck much lower.
have 2 different accounts in high emerald / diamond mmr (same as main ) where i am playing offrole and those are both in plat rn

this is useless. what we need is a full reset with lp gain changed to ±20 for everyone. too many diamond players in master and too many master players in diamond now

@CelestialEgirl thats why all those streamers go on "lower" (eg grandmaster instead of challenger) accounts and do entertaining stuff like a-z
just playing top 10 soloq all day doesnt pay bills cause people don't keep watching for long
maybe for a week if you are climbing rapidly but not years

@CelestialEgirl role queue might be a good idea, but as always, people would probably find a way to trick the system. detection of such behavior might be far better by now idk
why not just give everyone (not only streamers) a way to request lv30 accounts, bound to their main in case of ban?

@Lukemodi they once had the idea of role queue which hasnt been worked on any further. another option would be to give every player 2 more accounts after the reached level 75 or smth.
those accounts dont start in iron, they start in range of your main accounts elo

@CelestialEgirl also not really sure if any of that can fix the akshan otp thing, but that might be an issue of me and not knowing top 20 dynamics. apex reset might help with that as far as ive understood, but if they really are that good, they will pop up again

@CelestialEgirl matchmaking and elo systems are a mathematical problem at their core and people far smarter than both of us combined have been trying to solve that shit for ages. they aren't even perfect for 1v1 formats, but adapting them for teams is almost impossible to get right i believe
