Maybe while you're reading this, you're checking your LOYAL tokens worth at your swap screen, and on the other hand trying to buy some more from these bottoms out to reduce your loss, but you just see that you don't have any Eth left in your wallet. You go back and sell your solid projects that you have been holding for months or weeks. You buy LOYAL again. It continues to fall. You are completely at a loss. You fucked the solid project you've been holding for days, weeks or even months by dumping it for a project of an idiot called ben.eth. So that's the end result, keep trusting the guy Ben.Eth who fucked the DEFi side. Or other similar idiots. I can't find anything else to say.
