We loved witnessing educators discover the power of #ImmersiveLearning for themselves and cannot wait to see all the ways they use it to create more impactful lessons for the students at Emmaus.

Learning Designer, Zeinab Jafari, spent two days with the staff, introducing them to the space, getting them comfortable with the new technology and helping them understand the ways in which it can be used to enhance the learning experience for their students.

Last week the Lumination team visited Emmaus College Melbourne in #Victoria to commence the first of the school's Lab Onboarding sessions.

Lumination Learning Labs empower teachers to use #ImmersiveTechnology, leading to improved learning outcomes for students & increased #engagement. To achieve this, we need to invest in upskilling educators to make them more confident using this #technology in the classroom.

Throughout the week, we're eager to witness the accomplishments of these changemakers as they delve into the worlds of land, air, and sea. Through immersive virtual reality, coding, AI, 3D modeling, and more.

Day 1 saw students learning about #sustainable development goals, exploring #ClimateChange through VR experiences, and even crafted personalized Merge Cubes about themselves. 🔍✨ They also banded together in teams to design group crests with a focus on #sustainability.

The Beacon Holiday Program kicked off yesterday in #Adelaide, with 20 bright young minds from years 4-6 taking off on a 4-day immersive journey at the Para Hills Community Hub (@CityofSalisbury). 🚀
