@davidon_usifo @allenholub @russferriday @18F IMO the "Embrace mistakes, learn, and keep trying" is important here. Any other framework that puts an emphasis on planning over the concept of absorbing mistakes is still going to run into them at some point.

@allenholub @russferriday I'm been angling towards SAFE for scaling of Agile purposes. If it's a sham, then how is Agile to be practiced at scale? Is it entirely possible that the problems stem from corporations practicing Agile without being actually agile?
