@steezymetax @EueClaire @DailyLoud Honestly, I’m just hoping it doesn’t affect me because I’m making this decision at 27 after doing a lot of internal questioning and thinking. Definitely need to think about children first though and not changing how they think. Be it one group or any other.

@steezymetax @EueClaire @DailyLoud Kids are kids. Free spirited, knowing nothing of the world. It’s best to let them just enjoy their innocence and enjoy life with others their age. We all know innocence is taken from us as we become adults. Protecting kids so they can still be happy and pure is our job

@steezymetax @EueClaire @DailyLoud something taught in schools for kids or put in younger content, being cartoons, books, movies etc. but it should maybe be explained or a topic for later years when they’re adults and can think for themselves. Personally it’s going too far to teach kids about it.

And not everyone is wanting to be trans, there’s adults today who’re coming out because there was nowhere for them to go before and there’s a way for them now. I don’t think that it should be

@steezymetax @EueClaire @DailyLoud I don’t think that’s what they’re trying to get at ^^; I think they’re just trying to add context that there is some long term commitments before it can be decided or verified, but yes it is very much an adult level decision that should be made. Afterall, it’s a severe change.

@EueClaire @Luna_Mayham @DailyLoud I just have one question for you. Why do you want kids to change their gender? Weird af. Just let em make that decision when they are 18 although I still think that’s too young cuz the brain isn’t fully developed till 25 years of age.

@EueClaire @steezymetax @DailyLoud I think it’s important that safety is expressed as the most important step in all of this, but also proper education because a lot of people jump to a conclusion (not saying anyone in this conversation is) and it hurts everyone overall. Open mindedness is key in this c:

@dr_cosmo Yknow, I’m not religious by any means and nor do I want to be. But you’re alright and I don’t blame religion for things in life. I look at the people who claim they’re part of it, but use it to their benefit. They paint the poor painting that hurts the good people in it.
