@itsHunterTV @charlieINTEL Its server usage, I don't take it they would want to keep leaderboards up for previous titles. It makes sense to cut costs on it, but that's probably the best guess.

@charlieINTEL why do they have to disable features in previous games for the preparation of a new game?

Leaderboards and Combat Records have been permanently disabled in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Modern Warfare III in preparation for MW4’s release

Probably a few weeks of playtime, MW4 is still like 3 months away. Given XBOX & PC do not have the same approach done towards it, I do not see this lasting all that long, besides the same people saying they'd stick to bo2/bo1 ports for another decade or not even try out the new cods is funny to me, because they will, one way or another.

Pretty predictable for the launch, but how long does this last?

@tdawgsmitty I think collectively, everyone has their own opinion to this tbh. They're good games without a doubt but cod has evolved so much over the years where its just a split playerbase and community as a whole.

i am gonna say something that will get me in trouble..... if you don't like the black ops ports. i just don't think you like call of duty anymore

@Davidplaysx89 this doesn't seem all that surprising. Apparently some couple of cheaters booted off most of the servers or?

Call of duty black ops I and II has more rage hackers than black ops 7 The cheating problem is worse on black Ops 2 welp

MW4 marketing, as far as I know will only kick off like next week. I'd say they're smart to do ports early to bring a ton of players back just to market the new CoD; it won't really sell low as mw never has. Iirc, bo7 is one of the lowest in sales and still sold like 15mil+ copies

@Lunifyyy @charlieINTEL I'm sure they're going to plaster MW4 ads all over both ports but I don't think they truly realize how detached their target demographics are, overpaying to go back to BO1/BO2 in the first place. Those MW4 pre-orders are going to remain stagnant, THAT'S when panic sets in.

Modern Warfare 4 Multiplayer gameplay will debut next week, July 16, from the Fanatics Fest in New York Several streamers have stated they will be showcasing gameplay live from the event

@TheGhostOfHope Well, it's easy to judge off, like, one visual of it vs actually playing it to determine its worth. I don't really have high hopes for it, but hey innovation I guess.

@DETONATEDcom It pretty much can be, but it does give a person skeptism this won't be hacker-ridden like the Xbox servers/PC servers. I figure eventually it will be, but hey one can hope.

@Lunifyyy who knows, but this has nothing to do with the actual game and can be done to any game on PS i believe.

Multiple Hackers on PlayStation 4 have already unlocked all BO1/BO2 Port Trophies before release: 💥 It took under 1 Minute to Unlock Platinum.

@Peteralm_ I often found more enjoyment doing video editing & other hobbies rather than doing commission work or roblox development. I'll do some commissions here and there but this announcement will overall close it off publicly.
