@theskulled Agree with everything here, and one thing I would personally add to the list: frontload your videos (again, most viewers have your video as second monitor content). Spend 50% of your effort on the first few minutes of the video, the rest of it is just background audio for viewers

I hope you found this interesting. At the end of the day, if you make something cool and you enjoy watching it, chances are other people will enjoy it too. A good entertaining video is always good. Focus on that and making sure that your content appeals to an audience and you will find success.

Over 2024, videos I've made thumbnails for have racked up about 25 million views in the Old School Runescape niche. This year, I've noticed several trends emerging, and in this thread, I'll share my predictions for 2025. I have never done a thread before so i hope it is helpful.
