First 2 introductiondays finished at my new job in Swiss. A lot of paperwork to do and its a pain in the ass. Guess it will settle down in a few months😂. Tomorrow starting at my official Trialperiod in Neurology Reha for 3 Months. Lets make the best of it✌️

Goals for 2026: > Get to 22% bodyfat > Get down to 65kg. > Achieve 20 pushups, learn proper pike pushups. > Complete a solo Hyrox > Complete a half marathon

Shoulder/back/arms progress 2025 💪 >Could do 0 normal pushups. Now I can do 8 pushups in a row. >Went from 35% to 29% bodyfat >Completed my first Hyrox in November.(Doubles)

Finished my first ever Hyrox Doubles race! Was a blast!💪

11 November marks the day that I will go to Switserland for 1 trial day at the Neurology rehabilitation department! Excited and nervous, but its the next step in the right direction. 👣 If all goes well, I will be starting there in January 2026👩‍⚕️
