Hungover AF today & @Lupo_Caffe sorted me out! The Meat ragu & gnocchi is probably the best ragu dish in MCR. No joke. Insane. Beef cuts, marrow, Italian sausage all cooked down all day. Rich, intense, sweet, delicate. Had it all & cured the sore head! Grazie mille my friend 🫶🏼

I've done a bad thing. I've used up the ends of five bags of different pasta shapes, in one pan, for one meal. All different timings too, so it took some coordinating. On a scale on 1-10 how angry would this make an Italian?
