What if... the Ifrit (from Sonic Rivals 2) was corrupted by dark/negative energy of the Chaos Emeralds for some reason similar to Chaos 0 as Perfect Chaos (from Sonic Adventure)?

I wish Sega and Sonic Team could create more backstories, origins, and history of the Ifrit (from Sonic Rivals 2, Sonic the Hedgehog series). However it will never happen. And Sonic, his friends, and anyone else still don't care. Because they think that creature is pure evil.
