@IcelandFoods Where is my delivery? On my Iceland account it states the delivery has been completed, but not to me! And Customer Services is not open! Shocking as the delivery is for a vulnerable adult!
@googlenesthelp Replacement thermostat never has connected to heatlink since 2023 despite frequent contact with Google Nest support to resolve. Was advised to purchase a USB to resolve! Why? Product is faulty. I need a Heat Link replacement visit by BOXT asap.

@googlenesthelp The replacement Google Nest Learning Thermostat has never worked how do I get a refund? Not charging, never connected so since having my new boiler installed I have had a working thermostat for roughly 6 months.
