Found cashless bail(liberal policy), sanctuary policies(liberal cities shielding illegal immigrants who are convicted felons), prosecutorial discretion(allowing certain races less time in jail). Seems soft on crime policies allow rapists and murderers out early. You hear of Iryna Zarutska? That should be enough to prove the point. I can find more examples though if your google search is too bias to not find more examples of soft crime policies of liberal DAs and judges allowing violent repeat offenders back on the street.
