It’s so fascinating how hopeful Nolan was for humanity in The Dark Knight and how humanity essentially let him down. Oppenheimer and The Odyssey explore that failure of humanity deeply. I truly believe if Nolan made TDK today one of the boats would’ve killed the other.

Rewatched The Dark Knight. It's still the movie that means the most to me in the entire world. It's an incredible adaptation of the character while also being a damn amazing film. Nobody understands it the way that I do. Its perfect.

Even with Sunny (Atreus), the his voice dropping was a bigger issue than him growing several inches.
