my notepad scrap if anyone is curious anyway my thoughts Ambessa is gross with 305 clear but her q does over 200 dmg lvl 1, she's the scariest lvl 1 cheeser (cant outsmite her) but she can also fullclear invade buff lvl 4>3 and unlike karthus/mundo she has dmg and 4 dashes

@SloanThomas8 @ing_fury @PsychoPoro these clear are just impractical. You need to click literally to perfection and even then sometimes your pet bugs out and doesnt dmg in time and you get set back 8 seconds. Its not even worth to attempt these clears in real games most of the time

List of champions with optimized sub-3:10 1 smites, with the latest patch the clear was done. Few of these might be outdated, but the point is that champs having fast optimized clears is such an unbelievable non-issue. If it was, these picks would all be op, which they aren't
