It only took a minute or less; Raven flies in to take egg #2 during Iris's very brief break from incubation. #HellgateOsprey

Hi @HellgateOsprey & all! One year ago today, Finn was very newly partnered with Iris, when he ejected Iris' first Egg of 2024 (from Louis) out of her nest. So, there's still reason to hope that Finn will return any time now🕊🙏🏼😇❣#BeAnIris & hope & believe (& pray, if you do)♥️

5/1 Iris presents her second egg. She is truly a "wonder bird", isn't she! Rejoice in who she is and our ability to share her world with her! #HellgateOsprey

Hi @HellgateOsprey & all❣ At 12:36pm today, Iris steadily chirped at Louis & showed him their Egg. He clearly saw it, then flew, not yet returning-now, likely with his mate, Star. He didn't even trade mating time to deliver her a fish. Bless our resilient Queen Iris🙏🏼 #BeAnIris

Hi, @Robininmaryland! Thank you so much for sharing info about Jack at Achieva🙏🏼 I watched Jack & Diane, but it was too hard for me to see Jack alone after the hurricane. When I checked back, I thought it was he who had rebuilt & got a new mate just this week! What do you think?

@Robininmaryland Hi, Robin! By any chance do you know what happened to the little Osprey Chick at Achieva? The last I was able to look in, the Chick was thriving and there was an Egg remaining in the nest. Now, both are gone 😓 Any info would be appreciated! Thank you🙏🏼

Possibly what Paula was inquiring about are the cam & mic upgrades that were spoken of in 2024 end, for which a fundraiser was held & the goal was exceeded👍🏼Being away mostly since then, I was wondering...have those upgrades yet been made?
