In DMK tenure, I made community certificate for my kids in e-Sevai Maiyam no bribery asked. Made Aadhaar cards for my kids no bribery asked. Registered land in Thiruvallur no bribery asked. Applied for EB name transfer no bribery asked. Got birth certificate corrections done no bribery asked. I'm not saying bribery does not exist at all...May be I didnot face it.. Tell me where exactly in government offices and government departments you personally paid bribery for basic services? Let's see if we witness visible changes in our own TVK government within 6 months.
