@Lux_Escapes I have been on multiple escapes each time you write & ask me to complete a survey for each escape which I do. You then forward a $25 voucher for each survey. Now told I can only use one. This is deceptive and misleading conduct and in breach of trade practice act.

@Lux_Escapes DO NOT USE. FAMILY MEMBER PASSED AWAY REFUSED REFUND. USED T&C. JUST WANT TO KEEP CS MONEY TO INCREASE THEIR PROFITS. ABSOLUTELY WORST TRAVEL AGENCY. DEFINITELY NOT LUXURY.
