IBM CEO on leaked video:
“Executives lose bonus money if underrepresented minority numbers drop 1%… and earn bonuses if they rise 1%.”
Now IBM just paid **$17 MILLION** to the DOJ for exactly this — race/sex-based DEI hiring discrimination on federal contracts.
$17M is a literal rounding error for a **$67.5 billion** company with **$10.6 billion** in 2025 profit.
At the same time, IBM is one of the TOP users of H-1B and OPT visas.
American grads can’t get in the door while the CEO rigs bonuses to import and promote “diversity” over merit.
This isn’t “inclusion.” It’s engineered replacement.
