@LycaMobileforIE I’ve been trying to get a replacement eSIM since 23 Oct due to a device hardware issue. I’m fine with a new eSIM or physical SIM - I just need the quickest way to get my number active again. I’ve emailed multiple times but haven’t received a clear solution.

@LycaMobileforIE I’ve been trying for over 3 weeks to fix a critical eSIM issue. My iPhone’s IMEI is still tied to a Lyca eSIM, blocking all mobile network access. No proper support or response. Complaint now filed with @ComReg. Please escalate to your technical team urgently.
