@WalesOnline I am owed over £400 in refund by @vueling for flights. Zero customer service. I keep getting told ‘I am entitled to a refund, but the system is broken so I just have to wait’. This has gone on for months. They are dreadful to deal with.

@vueling On 4/7/21 you emailed me and I used the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your website to request a REFUND, which I am entitled to. Your terms and conditions state that I should have received that REFUND within 7 days. I do not want credit and I would like to be refunded ASAP

@vueling I am unable to take the flight from Malaga to Cardiff on 8/8/20 due to UK govt instructions. You have refused flight credit and you are trying to charge me to change the flight to next year. I will go to the small claims court unless this can be resolved.
