The complete avoidance of the core allegation?? 👀 Nowhere does he directly address the specific claim: that despite explicit “no thrusting” agreement in rehearsals and consent exercises, he did it anyway while the director watched. He says he “did not sexually assault, thrust upon or commit any misconduct.” But he doesn’t engage with the choreography breach. No explanation for why production reportedly told her his behaviour was unacceptable right after. Just blanket denial + crew witnesses. That’s very 👀 ?? dancing around the exact moment she says the violation happened. This statement isn’t really about proving innocence through transparent facts. It’s building a fortress: • Crew 12+ (probably men) saw nothing (so footage + witnesses = my shield) • She’s done this before (don’t trust her) • Police didn’t charge me (I’m legally fine) • It was just a stunt (not that serious) …while completely sidestepping modern set safety standards that SA productions still lag on (intimacy coordinators, proper consent protocols, power imbalance protections).
