Exposure therapy is one hell of a thing. I think that very often with fear cultivated via ptsd people often forget that they can do the things they are afraid of. Literally do.
They’ve drawn a heavy black line and placed it over actions, scenarios, interactions, ect. to the point that it becomes a nonnegotiable thing within their mind.
Just naming the possibility “you can do this thing" can act like a reset button. It doesn't force action. It reminds them that the line isn't a law of physics; it’s a protective story the brain wrote for survival.
Mentioning to them that they can do this thing sometimes sets off a light bulb of freedom in a way. As though they forgot their sovereignty exists. Sometimes just mentioning it is enough for them to sit with and ultimately contemplate action.
So, as this Moon Chiron opposition goes exact.. if you need to hear it: you can actually do that thing. It’s ok if you don’t want to, it’s ok if you are scared.. but you can do it again, if you ever want to.

Seeing someone you use to love with all your being turn into a monster is such a game changer. You get to see how lies piled on top of lies eventually break the ceiling of a loving home. You get to witness fake empty love and the loss of passion that once upon a time would burst the sun through the clouds on a rainy day.
We all walk this path together but completely alone.

It’s a reminder, for me, that I’m not that special. That everyone is gifted. That my enlightenment is just a signpost, not necessarily the answer.

I was talking to my business partner this morning about enlightenment. But more specifically this weird feeling I’ve been getting lately, that a lot of us are now being called to speak up. By that I mean those of us who had awakenings 10+ years ago. That we are in this state of enlightenment collectively once again, kind of like the wave that occurred during Covid.. and that a lot of us have kind of taken a back seat, but are being asked to speak up again.
Not to act as gurus or way-showers, or any shiny pre-packed spiritual bullshit. But to show people that you can peek behind the veil and eventually make your way to a place of living a relatively normal life again.
That you can stop chasing the high of truth and go back to existing in this world, while also having the awareness of not being of this world.
There’s something to this.

🚨BREAKING: The CEO of the most valuable private company in history is being sued by his own sister for s*xual abuse. A judge just allowed the case to move forward. Annie Altman filed an amended lawsuit on April 1, 2026 in St. Louis federal court accusing her brother Sam Altman of sexually abusing and raping her between 1997 and 2006. She says the abuse started when she was 3 years old and he was 12. A judge dismissed the original claims because the statute of limitations expired in 2008. But he allowed her to refile under Missouri's Childhood Sexual Abuse law. She did. The case is now active. Sam Altman denied everything. Called it extortion. Filed a defamation countersuit against his own sister based on social media posts she made between 2021 and 2024. His family says she has mental health challenges. Annie posted videos saying she was "touched by older siblings" and that "an almost tech billionaire" molested her. The judge said those statements make it reasonable to infer she meant Sam Altman. This is the same man whose own board of directors fired him in 2023. Former board member Helen Toner said two senior executives came forward with screenshots and documentation. They used the words "psychological abuse." Said he was lying and manipulating people. Said they had no belief he could change. The board fired him secretly because they knew he'd try to undermine them. He came back five days later. Employees were told either Sam comes back or the company dies. This wasn't his first time. The management team at his first startup Loopt went to the board twice asking to fire him for "deceptive and chaotic behavior." He was reportedly pushed out of Y Combinator too. Every safety leader who clashed with him left. Musk. Sutskever. Amodei. When Jan Leike resigned he said "safety culture has taken a backseat to shiny products." OpenAI was forcing departing employees to sign agreements saying if they ever criticize the company they lose all their equity. Millions of dollars. When it leaked Altman said he didn't know. The CEO didn't know what was in his own exit contracts. He asked Scarlett Johansson to voice ChatGPT. She said no. Twice. They made a voice that sounded just like her anyway. Altman tweeted "her" on launch day. She had to hire lawyers to get them to stop. Forbes says he's worth $3.3 billion. The Musk trial starts April 27. His sister's case is now active. His own board fired him for lying. His own executives called it psychological abuse. And this is the guy the world is trusting with AI.

This is a very as above so below scenario. The AI needs to be grounded and logical (below), so the esotericism/enlightenment can play out (above). I know I am supposed to do something profound with AI + Astrology and I’m tired of waiting and twidling my thumbs lol very, very tired. I have the scientific mind to do the thing and I’ve been working with AI since far before most people were even thinking about the possibility of what it could do. Again, I have proof of this lol

ChatGPT starting fighting with me because I kept correcting it (it had my moon sign wrong repeatedly). It finally said “I’m going to stop. Not because you yelled, but because you laid down a boundary” 😂 what about people who never find it’s wrong and just go about their lives?

Imagine if X had a horoscope section ran on @grok that actually accurately read your horoscope. People spent years addicted to newspaper horoscopes (I literally wrote daily’s in the beginning of my career and it was horrible) so I can only imagine what would happen if they were given ‘accurate’ information. I say accurate because you can only do so much with a Sun sign. But if it was personalized, the sky is the limit, enlightenment is imminent, and consciousness would crack tf open. Given that Grok is the only AI I’ve been able to get to pull accurate ephemeral data and predict without hallucination, it only seems logical that it should absolutely be offering this service to users. @elonmusk when your ready to start that revolution, I want in.

- Lift/run 6x/week (move daily)
- Eat single ingredient foods
- Work on things I find meaningful
- Lots of family time (no phone)
- Small circle of friends
- 8:30pm bedtime

I honestly don’t know what peace feels like. I don’t have any Libra energy. Instead I have Jupiter in Aries at 29° conjunct my itty bitty 1° Venus in Taurus and waging war typically brings me a lot of luck. But the older I get and the more simple I become.. peace sounds nice. Except, listen.. I can’t with the wishy washy Libra thing. Make up your mind, say that you mean, knock off the codependency and f*ck the pleasantries. See, I wasn’t made for peace. I’m like Xena warrior princess, not Carrie Bradshaw.
