He playfully winks, “don’t worry, not much longer to wait” he responded with a soft laugh.

Vinnie shakes his head but keeps his smile, “definitely not. But I’m trying, for you” he whispers back.

Vinnie laughed softly, “that’s a good thing though right?” He asked curiously.

Vinnie smiled widely, “see. Perfect” he teased, but he meant it at the same time.

“That’s meant to be part of my job” he teased playfully before pressing a soft kiss on her cheek.

Vinnie raised an eyebrow as he looked at her, “we are almost there” he admits honestly.

Vinnie shakes his head immediately at that, “no, no, you are definitely perfect” he added honestly.

Vinnie smiled softly as he looked at her and then back to the road. He was looking forward to this, so much so he felt like a boy again.

A smile spreads even wider across his face. “You are perfect” he whispers softly.

“No, of course not, you could never” he replied honestly with a smile on his face, “I promise” he added.

Of course. (Now he’s leaning forward and gently pressing his lips against hers with a smile on his face).

That is a completely fair price.

Vinnie paused for a second but he gently placed his free hand on one of hers, gently giving it a squeeze, “it’s okay, we both know that you are right” he said softly. “You don’t need to apologise.”

Okay… hmm

And how would I do that?

Vinnie ran his fingers through his hair for a second and he gently shook his head. That had caught him off guard but it was true. “It’s fine…” he mumbled.

That would be appreciated!

Vinnie let out a soft laugh, “it might be because it’s been a while, I haven’t been on a date since our last one” he sort of joked, but it was true. “But also because you are just so beautiful” he added.

It’s not often I win anything, so it gives me joy.

Vinnie smiled widely he drove, occasionally glancing at Isa when they got to a red light. A slight nervousness filled his mind but he was also excited about it.
