i know foyles for a long time has had a warburtons delivery every morning (suspended by james daunt, who hates bread for some reason, but reinstated after massive staff protests). but how does, say, piccadilly waterstones manage? and where do they store it all?

really astonishing how much bread even a small independent bookshop gets through every week. just looking at the figures: 300-350 sliced bloomer loaves, 50 focaccias, 50-60 trays of breakfast rolls, 80 small baguettes & 30 large, and the list goes on
