To anyone who has/is going to talk about Liam's passing: Stop reducing Liam to “he struggled” like it happened in a vacuum. This fandom spent YEARS normalizing hate, mockery, and constant scrutiny towards him, especially post-hiatus, and now suddenly it’s all rewritten as a private issue? No, you don’t get to erase the environment he was in. And yes, tone from the others matters. A consistent “we’re brothers, respect all of us” could’ve shut down a LOT of that behavior. That never really happened. Would it have changed everything? Maybe not. But pretending the hate played no role at all is willful ignorance.
