Sauteed Bitter Melon (Ampalaya) Recipe
1.Saute garlic, onion, tomato
2. Add the ampalaya.
3. Put-in salt & pepper to taste
4. Beat the eggs and pour over the ampalaya then let the eggs cook partially
5.Mix the egg with the other ingredients
