If you get good use out of her tho, good for you, congrats :D Someone should for the cruise metas. But in the grand scheme..there's always one or two outliers

And altho she is better than most cruise ships -> most if not all the time (especially when it's from a normal/rare) they're not that good. Guess where koln falls under, sadly. But we'll see soon. @Shadelingmedia @AzurLane_EN which means, they lose out on a lot of fp bonuses, so even if the skills are good on paper, they're gimped simply because they are what they are. Granted - if we get a vanguard flag, or actual flagship, with "all meta gain X stats" Then that's a different story.

@Shadelingmedia @AzurLane_EN ones, keep in mind, we're at 750, or 5 shipkemon games worth at this point. If you only have a couple, sure anything decent seems great. In the grand scheme tho..nope. And at the end of the day - meta's have no flag bonuses, which, will always keep them down a rung
