The testing stage is key, the early board in this photo has been tested very thoroughly, leading to the updated design of 'The Board'.

These things are always pretty photogenic with the tops off!

Lightweight nose reinforcement being put in place for the benefit of airport staff...

Keeping the weight of these boards down is key, the weight is checked at each stage to keep it as low as possible.
