While our love for Destiny 2 has not changed, it has become clear that after The Final Shape, we have reached the time for our shared worlds, and Destiny, to live beyond Destiny 2. As our focus turns towards a new beginning for Bungie, we will begin work incubating our next games. To that end, on June 9, 2026, we will release the final live-service content update for Destiny 2 to begin that new journey as a studio. Though active development may be concluding, we will ensure that Destiny 2 remains playable, just as the original Destiny is today. Many changes in this final update will aim to ensure that Destiny 2 is a welcoming place for players to return to. We’re proud of Destiny 2, the places it took us, and the legacy it has created. Because of you all, our universe is vast, built on years of shared stories, adventures, and victories. @DestinyTheGame Had a decent run Guess this means my main complaint (resetting power levels every season) will no longer be happening, though.

They need to either way buff the flares or just let me hit critters to scare them away. Used flares just for them to re aggro within 2 seconds

@VonListVanguard Are we assuming pre or post outbreak? Like am I alone or dealing with people or zombies? And do map mechanics come into play? Like can I use rifts on Shadows or am I going to be freezing cold and wet on Voyage?

Which CoD zombies map would you rather stay at for a week (Assume Voyage doesn’t sink until after)

if Bo7 doesnt have any of the following weapons by the end of the lifecycle the game will still be good but I just want these guns: Galil, Executioner, AN-94, LSAT, MG08, Drakon, X52 Resonator, MTAR, Man-O-War, Dingo, Remington new model army, WaW flamethrower but reskinned

Progress feels earned since it’s not getting wiped every season, lol Kinda strange to see gray and green loot again but really helps the loot pool

Also first time playing Titan

@vvalkkei Alcatraz is one of the deciding moments that lead to Samantha’s end so it makes sense to be that. Castle could be either of the two we’ve explored in the past (Samantha has a room in DE, CDM is recent and has ties to the dark Aether with the Owl)

i know paradox junction was a flop but i kind of wish we could discuss the drawings on the map a little more. i am very intrigued by the many gates and castles the twins drew

The colors nowadays feel a little washed out but I’m a glazer for bo3s style, don’t think any other game has made the colors pop quite like that

Is it bad to say I actually prefer the super saturated reshade that guy posted a couple days back? Just wish it was actually on reshade and not an edited clip…
