@Nicholasli0 @IGN The early Pixar films are narrative gold. They tug at the heart strings. Mario Galaxy was designed straight up to be a highly replayable movie for kids. It's like a roller coaster experience. Different experience from Pixar films. Galaxy was created with rewatch ability in mind.

@M3owsterChef @IGN I was expecting more like a Pixar cars and it didn’t meet that standard and it didn’t even meet any movie standards.

@Nicholasli0 @IGN Saw it today. This is a family film for parents to take their children to watch. I don't think anyone is expecting Shakespeare. It's fast moving, many things going on at once, dramatic angles, jokes and easter eggs non stop. It watches like a theme park ride in movie form.

@IGN This movie lacks coherent story , character development, and narrative structure. And all other fundamental to movies are not even in the movie. And without those fundamentals this movie doesn’t deserve the money that it’s earning.

A former Nintendo sales lead named Sean said that a Switch 2 hardware price increase is "inevitable" eventually. He explained that Nintendo is making digital games cheaper than physical ones to help soften the blow. Sean added that this change lets Nintendo "pass some savings back to you" on digital while keeping physical prices steady. He also advised people to buy the Switch 2 now before any price hike.

@pickyourownnose @Javi35642778 @Pirat_Nation Japan isn't the only country with weaker currency. Other countries with weaker currency than Japan still have to pay even more. Also there are plenty of people in the US that can't afford the Switch 2. It has nothing to do with the yen. Other countries are subsidizing Japan NS2s.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative As long as you are able to interpret and understand Word properly, that's fine. Personally I've read several translations cover to cover over the years. I'll just use the Greek and Hebrew manuscripts to double check. Or read commentaries on the verses.

@M3owsterChef @churchtalkative All the other translations are missing verses and context and you need to use the KJV as a golden standard for reference just like you use the OT as reference for the NT but keep on with your argument. And I will stand by mine.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative There are many usable translations of the Bible, but saying there is only one single translation under God worthy of study...? You don't see how that contradicts your post?

@M3owsterChef @churchtalkative All I know is we Christians need to stop pointing out small differences and unite under one Christ, the Way. All this back and forth is just dividing the Church and Christians, exactly how Satan wants it to be. God Bless, and have a good night ahead.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative Other wrong teachings rooted in misunderstanding of KJV onlyism. There also people that wrongly believe God is not omniscient and cannot make decisions until after events. Using the the example KJV onlyism and incorrectly attributing repent as an attribute of God.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative Not picking an argument. I've been in theological debate and discussions in the past with antinomianism. They specifically use the argument that God repents like humans repent. It goes into the rabbit hole that Paul warned against in Romans 6:1.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative I'm not thinking linear. I think of timelessness. To consider God repenting is to think linear. Nowhere in the Bible does it say God ever repents. Nowhere.. give me the verse and I'll give you the true Greek/Hebrew used. Repent is never attributed to God in Bible.

@M3owsterChef @churchtalkative The problem is you are still looking at time from a human perspective, linear. I believe God does feel regret/repent/sorry… think Adam/Eve, think Israel and how they kept falling away; I’d even go so far in saying Satan’s existence.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative God doesn't regret in a way that humans do. What you're reading in your KJV is called a language term known as Anthropomorphism.

@M3owsterChef @churchtalkative Repent is acknowledging a wrong and regretting ever doing it. I can see God regret making man. While Omniscient means all knowing, is not changing one’s mind.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative God cannot change. One of the characteristics of God is "immutable". KJV numbers 23:19 specifically states God does not repent, yet KJV says God repents elsewhere in the Bible. Do you understand the issues this will cause for those that only read KJV?

@M3owsterChef @churchtalkative I don’t know about all that but to me repent means regret in ones action to change for the better. While sorry I hear all day long from lying lips who are unrepentant.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative KJV conflates "Repent" with the idea of sadness or the mitigation of punishment, not just changing ones mind. Unfortunately this opens a can of worms for others to misinterpret.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative The idea that the God of the Bible can repent, goes against fundamental biblical teaching. An omniscient God cannot change mind.

@LMBFrank @churchtalkative KJV unfortunately allocated the word "Repent" with one of the characteristics of God. NKJV fixes this. This is why KJV onlyism is not necessarily the best way to study God's Word. We now have access to the original manuscripts that predate KJV. Important to not limit your study.

@churchtalkative Keep the translations and keep the Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic manuscripts handy for the translations that may need to be double checked. For those KJV onlyism folk, KJV mistakingly confuses its readers into thinking the God of the Bible repents.

@PaulTassi @realspiderhuman Then he should've given the same benefit of the doubt to Crimson Desert that he did to Marathon. But he didn't. He knew Crimson Desert was getting updates and he chose to give a final score anyway, based on his prelaunch experience. While he waited for Marathon. A month after. 🤷
