@manubier @thekitze Oh got it, i did understand it as you switched from opencode to codex (the OpenAI cli), so i was wondering what's wrong with opencode. But you were talking about the models.

@M4nuDev @thekitze It just felt less dependable. With the codex model I feel I have a good understanding of what to expect. With 5.4 every session felt different, some I liked some a didn’t. Nothing stood out as “better” than codex.

are u using codex 5.3 or gpt 5.4 for coding
