In order to kick off Richmond’s Kids Fest 2019 in style, MCPL Outreach, in partnership with Richmond Parks and Recreation, is proud to present “Ralph Breaks the Internet.”  The film will begin at dusk on September 14th at Irvine McDowell park in Richmond.
