📢 Sept 4–5, 2025: the 1st “Magnetic Soft Matter for Robotics” conference took place at @UnivLjubljana 🇸🇮. Organized within the EU MSCA #MAESTRINetwork, it gathered 32 researchers from 6 countries to share insights on the future of #MagneticSoftMatter in #Robotics.

From July 7–11, MAESTRI PhDs Troy Baker, Gian Paolo Currà & Danica Tan met in Pontedera, IT to study magnetoactive elastomers (MAEs). They tested strength and friction under magnetic fields and showed differences between pure silicone and various MAEs. #MAESTRI #SoftRobotics
