Four Arrested in Firearms Investigation, Including Man Wanted in 2025 Scarborough Mass Shooting The Toronto Police Service have announced several arrests following a firearms investigation tied to a series of violent shootings that took place in early 2025. Among those arrested is 21-year-old Daykwon Joseph, who was previously wanted on an outstanding warrant in connection with multiple shooting incidents including the 2025 Piper Arms mass shooting in Scarborough Police say the arrests were made on Monday, March 16, 2026, when members of the Integrated Gun and Gang Task Force executed search warrants on a vehicle and a residence in the Wilson Avenue and Keele Street area. According to investigators, officers located a firearm on one of three occupants inside the vehicle during the search. Additionally, two more firearms were allegedly recovered during the execution of a search warrant at a nearby residence.
