Trump is creating this chaos on purpose now. Today, Republican leaders begged him to sign a bill that funds TSA and he refused. Instead, he said leave TSA closed and Congress must prioritize the SAVE Act, Trump's bill to rig the fall election.

Under the SAVE Act, you cannot use your driver's license to register to vote. Republicans want you to buy a passport instead. If you can afford one. This is a modern-day poll tax.

It's unforgiveable that Republicans would rather let ICE terrorize families at airports— Than give TSA workers a paycheck and enact the extremely common-sense DHS reforms needed to protect citizens from being killed in broad daylight. Stop the chaos. Get ICE out. Fund TSA.

Here is the truth. ALL of the TSA airport chaos is totally avoidable. Senate Republicans hold the majority with now 52 senators and CAN FUND Homeland anytime they choose by using the nuclear option and overriding the filibuster (self imposed 60 vote rule). OR Democrat Senators can vote to fund Homeland and end the chaos as well. BOTH Republican and Democrat Senators are to blame. The manufactured political fighting only hurts the American people who PAY FOR IT ALL with your hard earned tax dollars. In other words, you have already paid TSA, but the Senate refuses to hand over their paychecks. The filibuster (60 vote rule) stops the will of the American people and the majority by maintaining Uniparty rule. It’s all absurd and all tax paying Americans should be furious at BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES. Another simple solution would be to privatize TSA and allow airports to handle their own security but getting Congress to all agree to do that would be extremely difficult if not impossible. Another day in paradise…

@alphafox That biker should have stayed in their lane. If you can't follow the rules of the road, don't use them. Their lane goes forward. The biker clearly (and all others to follow) didn't pay attention to the road rules and thus got hit by an oncoming car that "had the right of way".

Who is right? Hometown sheriff or man whose wife is in labor? A man’s wife is in labor and he is rushing her to the hospital. The hometown sheriff (not in uniform) pulls him over. The man asks for an escort, but the sheriff writes him a ticket instead. Who is right in this situation, and what would you do? The sheriff said he should have pulled over and called EMS.
