Alejandro Zohn’s Concha Acústica (1958-59) is an outdoor amphitheater situated in the sprawling 42-acre Parque Agua Azul in the La Aurora neighborhood of Guadalajara. With a seating capacity of approx 6k, Concha Acústica has become one of the most iconic venues in Guadalajara.

Mercado Libertad-San Juan De Dios (1958-59) is Guadalajara’s primary public market and one of Alejandro Zohn’s best-known works, first proposed in 1953 as his thesis project while an architecture and engineering student at the Universidad de Guadalajara.
