The continued targeting of security and military facilities, most recently the National Intelligence Service, cannot be met with mere condemnation or official statements; it calls for immediate, decisive action and tangible measures to confront and halt these violations. These attacks erode the reputation of the state and its institutions, placing Iraq’s people and interests at stake, at a moment when both must be shielded from any form of reckless interference. Safeguarding the heroes of the security and military services, whose loyalty is unquestioned and who have risked their lives in defense of the nation, its citizens, and its institutions; is a practical and urgent responsibility that brooks neither delay nor political posturing. May God protect Iraq and its people, and preserve our heroes of the security and military institutions. #Iraq_First

إن الاستهدافات المتكررة لمقار الأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية، وآخرها جهاز المخابرات الوطني، لا تستوجب الإدانة بالكلمات والبيانات فقط، إنما خطواتٍ فعلية وقراراتٍ حاسمة لمعالجتها فوراً. هذه الاعتداءات تهدد سمعة الدولة ومؤسساتها، وتضع مصالح العراق وشعبه على المحك، في وقتٍ يجب أن تكون فيه مصالح الدولة والشعب محمية من كل يدٍ عابثة. تُعدُّ حماية هؤلاء الأبطال من منتسبي الأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية، الوطنيين الذين لا غبار على ولائهم، والذين حملوا دماءهم على أكفهم دفاعاً عن الوطن والمواطن وحماية مؤسسات الدولة، مسؤولية عملية وواقعية لا تحتمل التأجيل ولا المزايدات. حفظ الله العراق وشعبه، وحفظ أبطالنا في المؤسسات الأمنية والعسكرية. #العراق_أولاً

In the midst of this volatile regional war, we pray Almighty God to protect Iraq, its people, and all the nations and peoples of our region. Praying to endow us with the strength and determination to protect our land, preserve the lives of our citizens, and uphold the reputation we have worked with great dedication to restore and reinforce our standing. We strongly condemn targeting of sites housing Iraqi officers and soldiers performing their duty to protect the nation. Along side to the homes of Iraqi civilians. Such acts constitute a blatant violation of Iraq’s sovereignty and a direct threat to its national security; demanding the international community to fulfill its responsibilities in safeguarding state sovereignty and preventing the national territories to be used as a perpetual arenas of conflict. We also denounce the targeting of lands and diplomatic missions of countries that have actively worked to ease tensions and promote dialogue, foremost among them the United Arab Emirates, which alongside its Gulf partners, has made clear and sustained efforts to prevent and resolve this conflict. The attack on the UAE consulate in Erbil represents a serious escalation, violating diplomatic norms and undermining the principles of mutual respect among nations. The Iraqi people, who have long suffered the devastations of war, is not on the side of being drawn into new regional conflicts. They reaffirm their commitment to full sovereignty and their dedication to protecting national institutions and the missions of friendly states, opposing the logic of war and violence while supporting stability and paving the way for renewed efforts toward regional de-escalation. #Iraq_First

ندين بأشد العبارات استهداف مواقع تضم ضباطاً وجنوداً عراقيين يؤدون واجبهم في حماية البلاد، فضلاً عن استهداف منازل مدنيين عراقيين، لما يمثله ذلك من انتهاك صارخ لسيادة العراق واعتداء على أمنه الوطني، ما يستدعي تحمُّل المجتمع الدولي مسؤولياته في حماية سيادة الدول ومنع تحويل أراضيها إلى ساحات صراع دائم. كما نستنكر استهداف أراضي دولٍ، وبعثات دبلوماسية لدولٍ، عملت على تهدئة التوترات والدفع نحو الحوار، وفي مقدمتها دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة؛ التي بذلت، مع أشقائها الخليجيين، جهوداً واضحة لتجاوز هذه الحرب ومنع وقوعها. حيث يعدُّ استهداف القنصلية الإماراتية في أربيل تصعيداً خطيراً يمس الأعراف الدبلوماسية ويهدد قواعد الاحترام المتبادل بين الدول. إن شعب العراق، الذي عانى طويلاً من الحروب، يرفض الانجرار إلى صراعات إقليمية جديدة، ويؤكد تمسُّكه بسيادته الكاملة وحرصه على حماية مؤسساته وبعثات الدول الشقيقة والصديقة، معترضاً على منطق الحرب والاقتتال، دعماً للاستقرار وفتحاً لمسارات التهدئة في المنطقة. #العراق_أولاً

نستذكر سيرة #عزيز_العراق، القائد الحاضر في مرحلةٍ مفصليَّةٍ من تاريخ عراقنا الديمقراطي، والمساهم البارز في مسارات العمل السياسي في ظروفٍ بالغة التعقيد. وفي ذكرى رحيله، نجدِّد تمسُّكنا بمنهج الاعتدال الجامع لكلِّ أطياف شعبنا الكريم وقواه السياسية، حاملين شعارنا #العراق_أولاً بالفعل قبل القول، لنبني مستقبلاً يصون الإرث والتضحيات التي قُدِّمت من أجل العراق… الذي كان وسيبقى فوق الجميع.

نحن اليوم بحاجة إلى «لحظة ميجي» خاصة بنا؛ لحظة نعيد فيها تعريف علاقتنا بالدولة، لنخرج من عقلية الغنيمة إلى عقلية المؤسسة، ومن ضيق العناوين الفرعية إلى سعة الوطن، فالدولة لا تُبنى بالشعارات، بل بالثقة المتبادلة، ولا يمكن أن تُحمى بالقوة وحدها من دون العدالة، حيث يعلّمنا الدرس الياباني أن النهوض مسار طويل من الإصلاح الثقافي والتربوي والقانوني، والانتقال من منطق الاستحواذ نحو منطق المسؤولية، ومن الدولة بوصفها فريسةً إلى الدولة بوصفها عقداً أخلاقيّاً جامعاً. كل ذلك يضعنا أمام تساؤل أخلاقي ووطني مصيري: هل نملك الجرأة للسير في هذا الطريق؟ أم سنبقى أسرى البحث عن الغنيمة وحدها، في حين تشهد المنطقة تحوّلات كبرى من حولنا، من دون أن نلتفت إلى وطنٍ يستحق، بتاريخِه العريق، شيئاً من التضحيات علّنا نصنع له مستقبلاً يليق به! #العراق_أولاً

We welcome the blessed month of Ramadan, with a spirit imbued with faith and responsibility, reaffirming the noble values of which it unite us; values of justice, tolerance, and sincere dedication to build a nation worthy of the sacrifices and aspirations of its people. May the month of Ramadan serve as an opportunity to renew solidarity among Iraqis, to strengthen the conviction that our true strength lies in unity, and that the interests of our people must always remain above all else. We pray that God protects Iraq and all Iraqis, and that this holy month be one of goodness, peace, and stability, marking a steadfast step toward a more advanced and prosperous future, so that #Iraq_First shall always prevail.

نستقبل شهر رمضان المبارك بروحٍ مفعمة بالإيمان والمسؤولية، مستحضرين القيم السامية التي تجمعنا، قيم العدل والتسامح والعمل الصادق من أجل وطنٍ يليق بتضحيات أبنائه وطموحاتهم. ليكن شهر رمضان فرصةً لتجديد التضامن بين العراقيين، وتعزيز الثقة بأن قوتنا الحقيقية تكمن في وحدتنا، وأن مصلحة شعبنا فوق كل اعتبار. نسأل الله أن يحفظ العراق وأهله، وأن يجعل هذا الشهر الكريم شهر خيرٍ وسلامٍ واستقرارٍ، وخطوةً راسخة نحو مستقبلٍ أكثر تقدماً وازدهاراً ليبقى دائماً #العراق_أولاً.

Democracy is upheld through the electoral process, while freedom of expression is preserved by a syndicate that reflects people’s conscience and aspirations. Today, I took part in the Journalists Syndicate’s elections, hoping that those elected will adhere to the highest ethical standards of this distinguished profession; one that has been, and remains, the pulse of the public and its rights, the guiding compass and emblem of reform and change, and the unwavering voice of truth, proclaiming that #Iraq_First.

تُصان الديمقراطية بالعملية الانتخابية، وتُحمى حريّة الرأي بنقابة تُمثِّل ضمير الشعب وتطلعاته. شاركت اليوم في انتخابات نقابة الصحافيين، متمنياً للفائزين الالتزام بأخلاقيات هذه المهنة العظيمة، التي كانت وما تزال نبض الشارع وحقوقه، وبوصلة الإصلاح والتغيير، وصوت الحقيقة الصادح أن #العراق_أولاً.

On the occasion of the Iraqi Judiciary Day, we pay tribute to our judges who uphold the scales of justice under the most challenging circumstances. We honor as well the martyrs of this authority, who sacrifice their lives in the pursuit of justice and in confronting corruption. On this day, we reaffirm that the battle of building a state is set in the courtroom. Notting that, entrenching the independence of the judiciary is the foundation of asserting the state’s authority and safeguarding rights and freedoms; which shall always be an obligation that admits no compromise. It is our responsibility to stand alongside with the judiciary, not above it; to respect its rulings, and to ensure that the rule of law prevails over all. #Iraq_First

في يوم القضاء العراقي، نُحيِّي قضاتنا الذين يحملون ميزان العدالة في أصعب الظروف، ونستذكر شهداء القضاء الذين دفعوا حياتهم ثمناً لإحقاق الحق ومواجهة الفساد. هذا اليوم مناسبة للتأكيد أن معركة بناء الدولة تبدأ من قاعة المحكمة، وأن ترسيخ استقلال القضاء هو حجر الأساس لفرض هيبة الدولة وصون الحقوق والحريات، وهو التزام لا يقبل المساومة. مسؤوليتنا جميعاً أن نقف مع القضاء لا فوقه، وأن نحترم قراراته، وأن نجعل القانون سيِّداً على الجميع. #العراق_أولاً

On the occasion of founding the Iraqi Police, an embodiment of the state’s authority and the supremacy of the rule of law, we stand in solemn respect before this institution that has proven itself it belongs to all Iraqis, beyond any affiliations. The Iraqi Police constitute the first line of defense for societal security, a foundation of stability, and a guarantor of the citizen’s dignity and the enforcement of the law. Mercy to our martyrs of the police, and profound appreciation to its heroes; leaders, officers, and members alike, who bear arms in the name of our country, so that #Iraq_First shall always prevail.

On the occasion of our valiant Iraqi Army Day, embodiment of the unifying national identity, we stand in solemn respect for this great institution, which has proven itself to belong to all Iraqis, beyond any affiliations. Our Army is the pillar and protective shield of the state’s path, its sovereignty, and democratic order. On this occasion, we reaffirm that true sovereignty begins with the unity of the national security decision and the primacy of the supreme national interest. Mercy to the martyrs, and honor and tribute to the unified weapon raised in the name of Iraq and the homeland, so that #Iraq_First shall always prevail.

في عيد جيشنا العراقي الباسل، نقف بإجلالٍ واحترامٍ أمام مؤسسةٍ وقادة وضباط ومنتسبين، شهداء وجرحى، شكّلوا بتضحياتهم وتفانيهم ملامح الدولة، وصانوا هويتها، وبقوا أوفياء للعراق رغم كل العواصف. جيشنا ليس طرفاً في الصراعات، بل هو ضمانة الوطن، وركيزة السيادة، وعنوان الأمان لكل العراقيين. عمل السيد @MAKadhimi خلال مسؤوليته الوطنية (2020 - 2022) على إعادة بناء المؤسسة العسكرية وفق أسسٍ مهنية ووطنية، فكان من نتائج هذا المسار تحسُّن موقع الجيش العراقي في التصنيفات الدولية، واستعادته مكانةً تليق بتاريخه ودوره. بكم أيها الأبطال تنهض الدولة، وبقوتكم المنضبطة تُصان الكرامة، ويستعيد العراق مكانته التي يستحقها. #العراق_أولاً مبدأ دولة وجيش، لا شعاراً عابراً. 🇮🇶🇮🇶🇮🇶
