He was reportedly attacked and burned to death in Anguwan Rukuba by some angry Christians in the area, following an earlier attack on their community by unidentified gunmen. What makes this loss even more painful is that today, Tuesday, was meant to be his Passing Out Parade (POP), a day that should have marked the successful completion of his national service and the beginning of a new chapter in his life. Instead, his life was cut short in the most horrific way. Our hearts are heavy, and our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and loved ones in this moment of deep sorrow. I’m not happy, just like many of you aren’t. But I have always emphasized patience and timing. I’ve said many times - do more and expect less. The reason is simple: I have been in this space for about six consistent years without stepping away, regardless of what happened. Over time, I’ve gained experience, made mistakes and learned tough lessons. I have taken losses more than I can easily recall, but one thing I have seen repeatedly is that consistency and patience tend to pay off over time, often outweighing past losses. If you look at the history of successful crypto assets or even valuable commodities, growth is rarely instant. It takes time. When I started, ₦10,000 could buy large amounts of Dogecoin. Ethereum, Litecoin and Tron were all very cheap. But due to impatience, emotions and lack of proper understanding, I sold too early. When I mentioned a possible range of $0.18–$0.36 for $CELIA after a major liquidity injection, some people disagreed strongly. Now there is frustration because it has not reached certain levels yet. But short-term movement does not define long-term potential. Progress in this space is usually gradual. Crypto should not t be treated as gambling. It is better approached as an investment, based on your risk tolerance and long-term outlook. Also, I’m not promoting $CELIA because I was paid. I support it because it is a project from Africa. Just as projects from other regions succeed or fail, the same applies here. Building something meaningful takes time and effort. I still believe this is part of the process. God no go shame us.
