Meredith O'Neil's Temu Attorney Thomas Dougherty has filed a motion to close Monday's hearing to the public. This is not a serious motion, and he is not a serious attorney. He also inadvertently made himself a witness by lying and saying that he was assaulted by @Cputommy, when in fact he is on video assaulting Tom and challenging him to a fight. Good morning from the South Boston District court where there is a two party hearing today in the matter of @DoctorTurtleboy and his former girlfriend, Meredith O'Neil. Both Kearney and O'Neil sought and were granted individual, emergency abuse prevention orders against the other with the orders culminating with a two party hearing this morning to see if either, both or neither will be extended and for how long. Rumor has it Justice Alito will retire at the end of this SCOTUS term (i.e., sometime this summer). So Trump will have appointed 4 of the 9 Justices. If you'd have elected Clinton in '16 and Harris in '24, by this fall there'd be 7 liberal Justices on the Court. Fuck you all.
