@AaronWood13 @JohnCleese Evidence to arrest requires reasonable suspicion. Evidence to charge requires '' realistic prospect of conviction''. If a suspect is arrested and named and is innocent, they are likely to sue. Mandelson and Andrew,who were named on arrest won't be suing.

@MARTINWALSH5 @JohnCleese Surelly there was evidence enough to arrest them in the first place. I believe in transparency to the public, otherwise people will draw up their own conclusions no matter how extreme it will be.

The police statement on the Derby car ramming describes the suspect as a "Derby man, who is originally from India but had lived in the UK for a number of years". What is a "Derby man", then? Is it just anybody who happens to be in Derby? Does this work everywhere? Were the Luftwaffe who bombed London actually "Dagenham men"? Counter-terror police are investigating, but remember to keep an "open mind about the potential motives". Yes, it's very important to be open-minded.

Ben, I won't lie, whatever the truth about the book, the debate was VERY poorly chaired and the points were often lost in the overtalking, mostly it is sad to report by Twelves. And he spotted and took advantage of Miriam's struggle with it allowing him to chunter on almost endlessly in the background mostly unchallenged.

The two suspects, arrested after the Jewish ambulance arson attack, have been released on bail. Described as “British Nationals”, neither of them have been named! Well!!! What a surprise !!!
