I eat and I feel guilty and I binge and I binge again and then I starve and I lose control and I binge. I’ve been stuck at cw for 2 months. My collarbones have gotten more visible but,, the scale hasn’t budged at all,,, it’s even increased ☹️☹️ my thighs are still so thick too,,
