Volunteering is a wonderful thing to do. The 2023 Mass-ALA Volunteer Award winner was Eitan Berechman who volunteers with @H_SeniorLife. He volunteers every week, rain or shine, and the residents love seeing him. From the moment he comes into the community, everyone smiles.

Our Sales and Marketing Award winner was Meghan Colantonio of @BrookdaleLiving Attleboro. Her job is in sales and marketing, but she is much more than that. She is the type of person who will give you the shirt off her back, and anyone would be fortunate to cross paths with her.

Every year during our Excellence Awards, we acknowledge individuals who go above and beyond their responsibilities, committing themselves to the welfare of older adults. These recipients and nominees shine within assisted living and we are beyond proud to pay tribute to them.

At the Excellence Awards dinner, we were honored to celebrate Frank Gorman, of Stone Hill at Andover (@NorthbridgeCos) with the Facilities Management award. Frank is empathetic, and perceptive, and understands that making a resident feel at home is important.
