#Hamas should grant access to the #IDF to all #Gaza hospitals to allow Israel to determine whether, in fact, the facilities are being used to shelter Hamas fighters and/or hostages. If Hamas does not grant Israel access to the hospitals that will itself be telling.

The House should pass desperately needed aid for Gaza, work to stop the conflict in the Middle East, and address the pressing needs of the American people. Instead they voted to censure my friend @RashidaTlaib, the only Palestinian-American in Congress. Pathetic and shameful!

As much as i respect ISCHEMIA and REVIVED, non revasc option for such coronaries, is like crossing the roads with eyes closed and on aspirin + statins.
Stats are fascinating.

It is impressive how there can be such a severe impairment in the LV function, and yet no LGE. This would also predict the excellent response to optimal GDMT.
It is also interesting how such coronaries are asymptomatic which could have been masked by the HF.
