Our minds are build to make order out of chaos, to understand stuff, NOT to make chaos out of order, that is a capacity only few creative people have.

@liam_out_loud My question is: What are the facets of human nature that make this a predictable cycle?
If we knew exactly that, what would we do about it?

Here's why the world feels like its falling apart.
In 1895, a French psychologist named Gustave Le Bon mapped out how civilizations are built and how they fall apart.
He called it the lifecycle. Here's how it works:
Scattered people find a shared ideal.
Typically a religion, mission, or vision of order, and it pulls them together into something greater than themselves.
That ideal builds institutions, culture, law, economies, and art. The civilization rises, and for a while, it works.
Then the ideal fades across generations.
The shared purpose that held everything together quietly drains out, and what replaces it is barbaric self-interest.
People stop asking what they owe the whole and start asking what they can take from it. Duty gives way to entitlement.
The institutions remain standing, but they’re running on fumes — coasting on the reputation of a past they had no part in building.
That’s where it gets dangerous. Because from the outside, nothing looks broken.
The buildings still stand, the summits are still scheduled, and the flags still fly.
But the load-bearing structure underneath (the ideal that bound the whole thing together) has rotted out.
Over a century ago, Le Bon watched this pattern devour every civilization he studied. Read it today and it feels like a diary entry.

@caitoz Trump is merely a pustule on the ass of empire, symptomatic of its decay, not its cause. He represents continuity, not rupture, a crude extension of the bipartisan consensus that has ravaged our planet for generations. facebook.com/share/p/1AUNGv…

It's important not to let them pin this all on Trump, in the same way it's important not to let them pin Israel's crimes on Netanyahu. Everything we are seeing with this disastrous Iran war is the product of the entire power structure which gave rise to it, not one guy's dopey decisions.
The warmongers in the DC swamp have been pushing war with Iran for decades. Trump is just the guy who was chosen by Zionist oligarchs and bloodthirsty empire managers to carry out the deed. He happens to be the face on the operation, but if it wasn't him it would have been someone else.
American warmongering insanity didn't start with Trump, and it isn't going to end with him either. Don't direct your rage merely at the fleeting puppets who come and go from the imperial stage as the US murder machine trudges onward. Direct it at the empire itself.
English

@caitoz Yes! Thank you for the words of reason! It is obvious at this point, that Deep State is starting to trash Trump, they are getting ready to dump him and blame everything on him. People are sleepwalking again

@ivan_8848 But if they are not allied, you can kill them, right? Don't trust this guy.

🚨"I couldn't believe it, but it's true. Zelenskyy threatened Orbán with sending soldiers," Vance recounted the discovery he made about the Kyiv regime in Budapest.
"Until yesterday, I didn't even know Zelenskyy had announced his intention to send soldiers to the Prime Minister's residence. Viktor told me about it, and then I checked the information. I almost couldn't believe it was true, but it is. It's completely scandalous. It should never happen that a foreign head of government or state threatens the head of government of an allied country. It's absurd. It's unacceptable."
English

@BGatesIsaPyscho Why not send what-a-fool to the front? Then we can all stay home, men and women.
English

@BGatesIsaPyscho All German women or just the traditional ones, you know, the ones with a womb? Germany is so fucked.

@FUA1163595 @MrSausageGet Exactly! Many people need a sense of purpose in life, and psychologically, a devil is just as good as a god, and they chose Trump. Even accomplished people like J. Sachs are susceptible to it.
English

@MrSausageGet This guy is/ was in the clowns. He would know trumps not in charge of shit he's just a figure head. Sure he was paid well to play his part and takes the blame. It's all of them.
English

@MrSausageGet Prof. Sachs is very accomplished in some areas, but he has serious TDS and he is a climate change worrier (sic)

@KimDotcom Neither Witkoff, Hegseth, Kushner nor Rubio told him to say this, I am sure. So, this is the real Trump?

@maxotte_says Prof. Marandi aus Teheran spricht über „Trump and his environment”.

@wideawake_media The farmer lives by the rules of his land and his animals, the worker by the rules of the industry, and modern man by the rules of digital technology. Digital ID is unavoidable.
English

Investigative journalist Whitney Webb: "One of the main reasons for this coordinated global push to develop digital IDs is because it's deemed essential to... Agenda 2030."
"Digital IDs are not really a separate project from CBDCs... CBDCs and digital IDs are meant to go together. And without digital IDs, the CBDC digital finance system cannot exist."
"They have to know who you are. And so they want to have your wallet tied to a digital ID, and have that digital ID be mapped to your physical ID through the biometric data collection."
"If you don't participate in digital ID, you won't have a legally recognised identity, you won't have rights, you won't be able to access services without it."

@newstart_2024 Feminization is the most effective indirect genocide program so far. Thank you Rockefeller.
English

Helen Andrews issues a stark warning: Mass female workforce entry is triggering two potentially civilization-ending crises at once.
First: The "great feminization" of institutions—channeling women of childbearing age into careers has shifted workplaces toward consensus, empathy, and conflict avoidance, eroding merit, debate, and function (think wokeness as a symptom).
Second: Plummeting birth rates, as career focus delays or prevents kids—no prior civilization has ever run this experiment at scale.
These aren't separate problems—they stem from the same unprecedented shift. Birth rate alarms get attention, but Andrews argues the institutional decay is the overlooked twin threat.
Is she onto something profound about modern society's trade-offs—or is this overreach?
What do you see as the bigger risk: collapsing fertility or feminized institutions?

@MAGAVoice I am for Trump, but don't think he was ever right, not even in 1988. After WWII the US confiscated all gold from Europe and Japan as war reparations, and lived it up for 30 years, until leaving the gold standard, then they got into debt. Only the US is to blame for its own fate.
