I actually pray for my patients When the prognosis is bad, I pray their hearts to hope When it's end stage and terminal, I pray our conversations lead to light I have a group of Christian doctors where we deliberately meet to pray for patients especially bad cases Few months ago, we had a terrible case the best of hands didn't know the way forward and the patient had given up, ready to pull the plug. Following that rounds, I took some time in the call room to really pray for him so the Holy Spirit instructed I visit, so I stayed back after work in order to visit in the night That night I came into the ward, had some good gist that consentingly led to conversations around faith, hope and the person of Jesus and we basically held a full blown service. Right that night, it just appeared a new burst of hope and direction for everyone. Earlier this week, I saw him from a distance walk out of the outpatient department with his two legs and my heart was merry! I may not be able to go to church every time because of work but I understand that I am God's workmanship created for good works in the health sector and for me? I was called!

In the last 15+ years, I’ve had more than 50 staff try to copy our business, join competitors, or take customers directly from under us, all in the name of “I can do it” or “na we dey do all the work… is it not just juice, parfaits and salads?” Unsurprisingly, most of them fizzled out before they started. Not because they couldn’t replicate the product, some even used the same suppliers, and had the techincal know-how, but because they didn’t understand the business of building a business. They saw the surface, not the structure behind it. People often ask me, “How do I protect my recipe?” My response is usually: you mean watermelon and pineapple juice? There’s a lot more to building a business than the product. Yes, product matters, but it’s only one piece. In many cases, nailing consistency beats having “superior” quality. The ability to deliver the same experience, every single time, across locations, teams, and over time, is where the real work is. And that’s why, for me, one of the most unserious things you can say as a business owner is: “I don’t want people to steal my idea.” Because ideas are a small part of your success. Anyone can come up with an idea, not everyone can execute. Another common myth is that you must have a protectable IP or some special “secret sauce” to win., (i don't know why cake people liek to think they have one secrest recipe... 😂😂). It rarely works that way in reality. Yes, where there are clear grounds for protection, take it seriously. Protect what’s worth protecting. But don’t get stuck thinking you need IP to make it big. You don’t. What you need is the ability to build, and keep building, long after the “idea” phase is over. Instead ask yourself these serious questions: - How do I distribute this product at scale? - How do I systemise operations, so the business runs well? - How do I build a high performance culture where people take ownership and standards don’t drop? - How do I keep my brand top of mind in a crowded market? - How do I acquire customers predictably and keep them coming back? - How do I manage my finances properly, so I don’t run out of money? This my friend is where the real work is. These are what separates a good idea from a sustainable business.

What exactly is it about twitter makes people think like this ? I spoke about an aspect of Bishop Oyedeop I wanted to focus on , how does that deflect from the obvious ? Bishop Oyedepo has been a minister of the gospel for over 45 years . Planted and built thousands of churches around the world . At over 60 years of age , he still goes on evangelism with his own team around ota having set personal soul winninv targets . He is big on welfare as he gives heavily to the poor . He is very big on holiness , consecration and living for God . I am sure you knew this but you want to score cheap points to your online dopamine theological junkies whose daily existence is about looking for which minister to show outrage at . Anyway let me block you as i never want to read from you again !

“This man is a colossus in organization structure , Leadership development, personal development, budgeting , project management and scenario planning” Tony Elumelu fits this description perfectly. How then do we know who's the shepherd between the two men? Just asking

This is genuinely pathetic. I hate to be that guy, but just last week I saw someone on here romanticizing African “spiritualism” to undermine Christianity, making it seem like the continent somehow lost out by moving away from those systems. But repugnant practices like this are either the fruit of those same systems or, at the very least, comfortably compatible with them. Makes you think.
