Good morning everyone! I have a question for English speaker. What can "You and your watch" mean for this sample ? - Not on my watch. You take defense! -You and your watch. You take offense! I checked about it and i only got answer for "Not on my watch" which mean "No way!" ?

@yuukeeey Omg it never happened to me before... Which city office is it ? If it's in Tokyo you may find little city office (not the main one) so maybe you can try to find other little city office ? And if it's outside Tokyo (like Saitama) you can maybe try the main city office of Saitama?

Rant: Today at a Supermarket I had an epiphany. I realized why Japanese workers have to do so much overtime. They work extremely slowly. Everything takes so much time. At the store, the bank, ward office, etc. Ever had a telephone call with a Japanese company? It takes ages.
