Just wrapped up directing a music video for my friend Scott's band, Elison. They had a bad case of Band Face so I tried to fix it.

@GatelessGate1 Do you remember the progression? I sometimes wake up remembering a melody from a dream and try to hum it into a recorder so I don’t lose it.

@4tu81 I’ve read the Eagleman book. It’s quite good. Saving this so I can grab some of the others myself soon!

@AltruisticCtrl I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping. I don’t know what you’ve tried but a few things that helped me: not drinking alcohol during the day, not drinking caffeine after noon, buying a new pillow and blackout blinds. I’m sleeping much better now.
