Shout out to the culinary students of @PCTI1 on an outstanding year of competitions and championships. Today I found out that the students of "Chez Tech" prepare & cook all the lunches for the 4000+ students of staff at PCTI. Amazing accomplishments by amazing young people!

On Wednesday, @NJRHAssociation & @schools_essex hosted the NJ Culinary Showcase. Congrats to all of the amazing students on a job well done. Congrats to Chef T @ Bergen, @ThomasPovinelli and @NPSvoices Extra Congratulations to Chef Clark and @MPTCS on being the overall winners!
