Keep everything crossed that the courts back our challenge. I don't believe it could truly undermine national action in education. But other sectors, and our school level actions could be made less effective.

Money raised by ending the tax breaks for elite private schools: £1,700,000,000. Money needed to fund every primary school child getting a free school meal each day: Almost ½ of that. What's more important: Protecting tax breaks for elite private schools or feeding hungry kids?
