Taranto did this again.
53 in the first half when the game was competitive. But couldn’t get his hands on it in that 3rd Q when it was a Dees avalanche.
580 points to Richmond’s 270 in that 3rd Q.

One of the big concerns with Taranto coming into the year was Richmond being a v.bad team and how that might impact his upside. I think the game on the weekend illustrated the concerns nicely. Whilst the game was competitive till HT, Taranto was going v.well with a score of 65 at the main break. But in Q3 Freo dominated. Freo scored a team total of 497 fantasy points to Richmonds 249. Most of Richmond's better scorers that qtr were their defenders (Short 18, Trainor 19, Brown 31 etc). Taranto scored a measly 7. It's v.hard to ave >100 if he's prone to have quarters like that. Currently priced at 89 does seem cheap though......
